About Noelle
Nutritionally Noelle stemmed from a deep curiosity about food and its power to heal. As a kid, I’d flip through my mom’s health magazines, fascinated by the native food section and wellness tips (even if I didn’t fully understand them or eat entirely healthy...yet). In high school, my friends could probably tell you this is exactly where I’d end up—I was always experimenting with how food can fuel and take care of my body from demanding sports training, making DIY strawberry honey face masks, curating juice recipes, and diving into anything that had to do with nutrition and holistic health remedies.
When I realized I could actually make a career out of this passion, I jumped in wholeheartedly. At the time, the only career path I knew was becoming a Dietitian and working in a hospital. While that’s an incredibly important job, I knew deep down I wanted to do more. I wanted to help people on a larger scale—not just manage symptoms, but get to the root of their health concerns so they could truly thrive (and not end up in said hospital).
During my undergraduate training, I worked for a private integrative nutrition practice and quickly noticed a disconnect between what I was learning in the classroom and what I was seeing in real-life client care. Client after client struggled with gut issues, hormone imbalances, and fertility challenges — yet these topics were barely touched on in my formal education.
While my coursework provided a strong foundation in biochemistry and medical nutrition therapy, it largely focused on managing symptoms rather than preventing them. I wasn’t being taught how to truly support hormones, heal the gut, or address chronic conditions through a holistic, root-cause approach — even though that’s exactly what I was witnessing in practice.
I continued along the traditional path, earning my Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics, completing a 1,000-hour supervised dietetic internship, and earning my Master’s degree. That journey led me to pursue board certification as a Certified Nutrition Specialist® (CNS), aligning my clinical foundation with an integrative, holistic, and personalized approach to nutrition care.
Along the way, I encountered my own health challenges, which prompted me to seek deeper answers. Exploring functional health brought clarity and alignment to everything I had been learning, and I continued my education through the School of Applied Functional Medicine, further shaping how I support clients today.
Through years of hands-on experience, mentorship from incredible practitioners, and my own continuing education in functional health, I reshaped the way I approach health and healing. And that’s how Nutritionally Noelle came to life and has evolved—a space dedicated to helping you feel like your most vibrant and balanced self.
What I truly love about this field and keeps me endlessly inspired—is how curious and fascinated I will always be by it. Our bodies are incredible, and the way we interact with our environment, food, and mind is something I’ll never stop learning about. I’ve personally gone through many transitions in my own health and wellness, and I know that journey will continue to evolve as life and science do. What I can promise is that I’ll always keep an open mind, stay curious, and embrace new ways to better support both myself and my clients. Because at the end of the day, true health isn’t about rigid rules—it’s about adapting, learning, and finding what works best for you. I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to feel like your body isn’t working with you-but, I also know the freedom that comes with truly understanding what your body needs and I want that for you, too.
I’m honored to be on this journey with you and can’t wait to support you every step of the way.
